This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 27.06.2023 made in C.C.No.539 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level-II, Coimbatore.

2. Heard Ms.V.Ambika, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the accused admitted his signature on the cheque, the learned Trial Court Judge acquitted him on the ground that the complainant had not established the legally enforceable debt.
