The learned counsel for the parties would submit that there is a possibility of compromise if the parties are referred to mediation. Though the Appeal is very old, considering the relationship between the parties, the matter is referred to Mediation by the Mediation Centre attached to this Court.

The parties directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 18.10.2023 at 10.30 a.m. and the parties will not be entitled to notice from the Mediation Centre for the first hearing. The Mediation Centre is requested to accommodate the parties on 18.10.2023 at 10.30 a.m. and explore the possibility of settlement.

2. The Registry is directed to communicate the order to the Mediation Centre forthwith.
