A.No.4313 of 2024 has been filed to permit the Applicant to take notice through paper publication on Chennai Edition in one issue of Tamil daily in O.A.No.52 of 2024 pending on the file of this Court. 2.A.No.4351 of 2024 has been filed to permit the Applicant to take notice through paper publication on Chennai Edition in one issue of Tamil daily in Arb.O.P.No.8 of 2024 pending on the file of this Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. 4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Applications and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the Applicant is permitted to take substituted service on Respondent through paper publication in Tamil daily viz., Makkal Kural, which is widely circulated in the Respondent's locality and such paper publication be effected on or before 10.09.2024, indicating the date of hearing i.e., 24.09.2024.
