This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2023 and dispose of it on merits in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in the written instructions of 1st Respondent dated 21.01.2025, it is stated that the benefits will be settled to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
