ORDER

In pursuant to the award passed in W.C.No.567 of 2009 dated 30.04.2015, the first respondent, in and by the proceedings dated 01.02.2016, has addressed a letter to the second respondent to give effect to the same by initiating proceedings for recovery from Respondents 3 and 4. Despite the same, no action is being taken though the petitioner made a representation on 27.06.2016 the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Despite notice having been served on respondents 3 and 4, none appears.

3. Taking into consideration of the finality of the award passed on 30.04.2015 and in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 01.02.2016, a direction is issued to the third respondent to initiate revenue recovery proceedings and conclude it within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so as to enable the petitioners to get the benefit of the award passed by the first respondent.
