ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 6 (4) of the Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) Order 1982 and Section 7(1) (a) (ii) Essential Commodities Act 1955 in Cr.No.175 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 23.11.2021 the petitioners along with others illegally transported the 22000 Kgs of PDS rice by using lorry. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) raised objection stating that the petitioners illegally transported the 22,000 kgs PDS rice worth about RS.1,24,300/- . Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration of the quantity of PDS rice involved in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
