The relief sought for in this writ petition to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass order on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2015 within a reasonable time. This Court expressed the view that regularization cannot be granted to the employees who were appointed on daily wages, unless their initial appointment was in accordance with the recruitment rules, in force.
