Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.VENKATACHALAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- In this petition, interim order of stay has been granted for a period of eight weeks, by order dated 04.07.2017, since it was reported that the appellant Transport Corporation has deposited the entire compensation awarded by the Tribunal. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
2.Interim order already granted is made absolute and accordingly this petition is ordered.
