2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Since the delay is only 25 days and the reasons assigned by the petitioner is also convincing, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
