ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to pursue his administrative remedy before the respondent and has circulated a Letter dated 13.03.2017 to the Registry to that effect. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition.
The Court heard the submissions of M/s.S.Meenakumari, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.
In view of the submission of the Letter dated 13.03.2017 to the Registry and the endorsement by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for, is granted. No costs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
