2. This Court, vide order dated 12.09.2025, granted ordinary leave for a period of 20 days with minimum escort to the petitioner's husband / convict prisoner, namely, Abdul Rasak, S/o Alagar Sami, aged about 47 years, bearing Convict No.10040 (PID)No.72800) confined at Central Prison-I, Puzhal,Chennai, from 17.09.2025 to 06.10.2025.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as the convict was not able to pay the amount for providing the minimum escort, he has returned back to the prison.
