The last date for filing the written statement within a further period of 90 days with an application for condoning the delay also would have expired on 19.07.2022.

2.The record indicates that the written statement was filed in the Court Registry on 19.07.2022. Thus, the written statement has been filed within 120 days from the date of service of summons. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit, these applications for condoning the delay in filing the written statements deserved to be condoned.
