ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.VINEET KOTHARI,J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only prayer made in this writ petition is that the first respondent/District Collector, Coimbatore should decide the application of the petitioner Bank filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The application is said to have been filed on 03.04.2019 and orders are said to have been reserved on 13.08.2019, but the orders have not been released so far.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent prays for three weeks time to instruct the District Collector, Coimbatore to release the orders on the application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
