Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the letter of the third respondent in C1/10321/2003 dated 29.10.2003 and to quash the same. For Petitioner :

Ms.R.Anitha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proprietrix concerned namely, Karthik Travels representing whom, the petitioner has moved this Writ Petition challenging the letter issued by the 3rd respondent/Conciliation Officer. She further submits that, the very proprietor firm namely Karthik Travels itself is no more in existence and the same has been closed long back.

2.In view of the same, on instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she would withdraw the Writ Petition itself and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the endorsement she has made in the Court bundle, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn/infructuous.
