ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 21.06.2016 passed in W.A.No.82 of 2012 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submits that G.O.(D) No.223 Commercial Tax and Registration (H) Department dated 05.09.2018 has been issued in compliance with the order passed by this Court.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that however actual benefits have not been given. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the same would be given to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4.The aforesaid statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader stands recorded. Accordingly, the Government is directed to comply with the order in G.O.(D) No.223 Commercial Tax and Registration (H) Department dated 05.09.2018, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that

if the aforesaid order is not complied with, the petitioner can file a fresh contempt petition.
