ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 07.03.2022 appointing Headmistress-in-charge for the school was intimated to the petitioner by communication dated 22.03.2022 and the petitioner had also handed over the charge to incumbent Headmistress1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Cont.P.Nos. 2262 of 2022 D.KRISHNAKUMAR. J ak in-charge on 29.03.2022. From then the petitioner's service is considered as BT Assistant Teacher, but there is no difference in the scale of pay of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has further brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had handed over the charge to incumbent Headmistress-in-charge prior to the order passed by this Court, therefore the petitioner is not aggrieved.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Contempt stands closed. It is for the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate Forum.
