C.M.P.Nos.7304, 7305 and 7306 of 2017 in C.R.P.No.2120 of 2016 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN., J, The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 226 days for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent-Muniyandi; (iii) To bring on record the petitioners 2 to 6 proposed parties as LR's, deceased 2nd respondent in the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard both sides and perused the records carefully. 3.Having regard to the fact that the 2nd respondent died and other facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.
