Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.AMBIGAPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Court during the earlier hearing on 06.09.2019 had required the Petitioner to submit bank guarantee as a condition for the grant of interim stay of the impugned order. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submits that the Petitioner has not furnished such bank guarantee.

3.In view of the non-compliance of the condition imposed for the grant of interim stay of the impugned order, the interim order passed on 06.09.2019 stands vacated.
