This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to reassess and provide vacancy remission of property tax for the petitioner's property situated at Door No.834/596, E.V.R.Periyar Salai, Poonamallee High Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 600 106 for the period of 1/2020-21 onwards.

2. When the case was called for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
