J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant made a submission that the issues between the parties had already been settled before the Lok Adalat on 08.11.2019 and the final decree was passed by the Trial Court on 14.11.2019. The learned counsel for the appellant made an endorsement to the effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the fact that the issues are settled and the final decree was passed by the Trial Court, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the appeal suit and accordingly, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal suit. Consequently, A.S.No.31 of 2017 stands disposed of as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
