This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 23.08.2021 passed in I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.316 of 2020 on the file of the XV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, wherein, the trial Court dismissed the said Interlocutory Application. 1/4

2. Aggrieved by the said order, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition by stating that the main suit in O.S.No.316 of 2020 was dismissed for default before the Trial Court. Hence, this present petition is become infructuous, to that effect he also made an endorsement.

4. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
