When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, has produced records with regard to payment of amount payable to the petitioner towards reimbursement of the eligible medical expenses incurred by the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.

3. If the petitioner has got any other grievance with regard to difference in amount, it is open for him to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
