O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent-Police to investigate the case in Crime No.4 of 2025 and file a final report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C before the jurisdictional Court.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that during the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2025, the respondent-Police, by letter dated 28.02.2025 sought the petitioner to submit certain relevant documents to investigate the case further. However, the petitioner has not produced the same and due to non co-operation of the petitioner, the respondent-Police are not in a position to conclude the investigation and file a final report.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent-Police and extend his co-operation for investigation and 2/4

produce the relevant documents as sought for by the respondent-Police. On such submission of such documents, the respondent-Police is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file a final report as early as possible. In case, if the petitioner fails to appear before the respondentPolice and not co-operating for the investigation, the respondent-Police shall close the complaint.
