Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Secondary Grade Assistant based on TET marks awarded to the petitioner in August 2013 by the third respondent in Roll Nos.13TE 51104855 & 13TE 51100374 TNTET-PAPER-1 and TET passed year seniority without resorting to any competitive examination as enumerated in G.O.Ms.No.149, School Education Department dated 20.07.2018.

2. The claim made by petitioners is based on the selection process, which took place in the year 2014 and the petitioners are seeking for appointment at this stage.

3. The issue that is involved in these writ petitions was already considered by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.161 of 2024. By order dated 08.01.2024, the writ petition was dismissed. Following this order, yet another order was passed by this Court in W.P.No.6245 of 2024, dated 11.03.2024.
In the light of the above development, there is nothing to be considered in these two writ petitions and these two writ petitions must also fail in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.161 of 2024, dated 08.01.2024 and accordingly, they stand dismissed.
