Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent Board to implement the order passed by the Inspector of Labour, Villupuram District, in its proceedings No.Pa.Mu.En.A/1322/2008 on 02.03.2016 and also directing the Respondents to confer the permanent status to the Petitioners as workers in the Respondent Board, Villupuram Circle. ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent Board to implement the order passed by the Inspector of Labour, Villupuram District, in its proceedings No.Pa.Mu.En.A/1322/2008 on 02.03.2016 and also directing the Respondents to confer the permanent status to the Petitioners as workers in the Respondent Board, Villupuram Circle. 2/4

2. Regarding the very same impugned order dated 02.03.2016, passed by the Inspector of Labour, Villupuram, the Superintending Engineer, Kallakurichi Electricity Distribution Circle, filed W.P.No.4073 of 2017, and this Court allowed the writ petition and quashed the order passed by the Inspector of Labour, Villupuram District in proceedings dated 02.03.2016.

3. In view of the fact that the writ petition filed by the Respondent Board was allowed by this Court by setting aside the order of the Inspector of Labour, the said order cannot be directed to implead in the present writ petition.
