2. The reason stated in the affidavit is that there is delay in getting the impugned order.

3. We are satisfied with the reason assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the application if it is otherwise in order.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant is permitted to serve the entire papers on the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner.
