Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Selvam, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.

The petitioner's case is that she is carrying on a business in the name and style of "Sri Guruvoyurappa Ayurvedic Centre & SPA" at Door No.15, Flat - D, KCS Ayyappas Apartments, Elumalai Street, Selaiyur, East Tambaram, Chennai - 600 059 for the past one year and in her massage parlour, she is following the Kerala Traditional System of Ayurvedic Massage treatment which cures many illness in the body https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

including the nervous disorder in a slow phase of process by qualified and trained therapist. There is no law regulating this kind of business and no license is required from the Police Department and or any other authorities. The second respondent officials are interfering with the business of the petitioner and they are threatening the petitioner to close the business of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition.

The learned Government Advocate has filed a report on behalf of the respondents stating that no such massage is being run in the address stated by the petitioner and no license has been obtained by the petitioner to run such a massage centre and there is no name board or any other proof for the massage centre being run in the said premises.

In view of the submissions of the Government Advocate that not even a name board is there in the premises stated by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with false information, this writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5000/- to be deposited by the petitioner in the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
