ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole respondent died and steps due, to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased. The learned counsel seeks further time to take steps.

It is seen that as early as on 21.04.2025, this Court recorded that the sole respondent died and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for taking steps to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased. Thereafter the matter was adjourned on several occasions and it was finally adjourned to 14.10.2025, for taking steps. 2/5
3. Despite the indulgence shown by this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to obtain the particulars like the date of death of the sole respondent and the particulars of the legal heirs. This Court finds no reason to keep the matter pending. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, it is left open for the legal heirs to restore the writ petition, if advised. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
