O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 09.08.2024 seeking survey of his property situated in Survey No.325/3A in Patta No.23 in Ibedu Village, Sholinghur Taluk, Ranipet District.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner got the above said property under a Settlement Deed dated 06.08.2021 executed by his father Rajagopal.K. He submitted a representation dated 09.08.2024 before the 2nd respondent seeking survey of his land. The petitioner also paid necessary charges for survey of the above said land as seen from the E-Challan issued on 11.09.2023 with Challan No.20230911006442. The said representation has not been considered by the 2nd respondent till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2024 will be considered by the 2nd respondent on its own merit within the time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
