Crl.O.P.No.4865 of 2016 K.KALYANASUNDARAM.J., The petitioner, who is arrayed accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 395 of IPC in Crime No.759 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has snatched the chain of the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and he is nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has got two previous cases. Further, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the present anticipatory bail petition has been filed suppressing the dismissal of earlier four anticipatory bail petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.29515 of 2014, 29541 of 2014, 9328 of 2015 and 28113 of 2015 dated 12.11.2014, 18.11.2014, 09.06.2015 and 23.11.2015 respectively. 5.Hence, this petition is dismissed.
