This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in representing above captioned C.R.P.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Advocates Clerk Association, Madras High Court, Chennai. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for with the above cost.

3. On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.R.P., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
