This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 273 days in filing the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,455/- in SA.SR.No.137866 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant(s) and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable. Therefore, the delay in filing the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,455/- in SA.SR.No.137866 of 2024 is condoned. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
