ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pass orders in the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.08.2022 and remove the survey stone put up in R.S.No.26/7 & 26/6 Manaloor Villlage, Kilvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of 0.03.93 Ares comprised in R.S.No.26/1 (now sub divided as 26/7) situated at Manaloor Village, Kilverlur Taluk, bearing Patta No. 59 classified as Natham Manai and his wife owns property comprised in R.S.No.26/1 (now sub divided as 26/6) measuring 234 sq.mts having Natham Patta No.25. While so, during the month June 2022, the revenue officials put up survey stones in the middle of their property. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 08.08.2022 seeking for action to remove the survey stones put up in the subject property, which is pending till consideration till date. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks this Court for issuance of direction for the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2022 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
4. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2/4
respondents and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner datd 08.08.2022 and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner well as any other interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
