Respondent Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for wilful disobeying the order dated 23.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16843 of 2024 and to direct the respondent to ensure compliance of the said order. ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 23.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16843 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to join as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary,

Veerapandi, Coimbatore Division, forthwith.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that aggrieved by the order dated 23.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16843 of 2024, the respondent filed writ appeal before this Court in W.A.No.2882 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court granted interim stay.

Recording the said submission, at present this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the writ appeal.
