O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for disobeying the orders of this Court dated 02.02.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.1851 of 2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the affidavit of the third respondent has been filed. The relevant portion is extracted hereunder:

"9. It is respectfully submitted that after completion of elaborate and detailed investigation, the then Sub Inspector of Police have concluded the investigation. I have filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No-II, Chengalpattu through E-filing vide LTN20230003080C202400160, dated 04.10.2024."

3. In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court II, Chengalpattu, to act upon the final report filed in Crime No.521 of 2023 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This contempt petition is closed with the above direction. 2/4
