ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the competent court of law in Crime No.19 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, police has registered the FIR in Crime No.19 of 2019, in which the investigation is under progress. Hence he seeks two months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
