ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records and quash the FIR in Crime No.329 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in crime No.329 of 2022 has been registered by the first respondent police, in which, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai in C.C.No.1353 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to challenge the final report filed by the first respondent police.
