ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct further investigation and include all the offence committed by the accused stated in the complaint dated 31.08.2022 by considering the petitioner representation dated 26.09.2022 in Crime No.568 of 2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents with regard to conduct further investigation and include all the offences committed by the accused in the complaint dated 31.08.2022, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that on receiving the complaint from the petitioner, a case has been registered in connection with Crime No.
568 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC and after that the case has been altered to 294(b), 324 and 506(i) of IPC and the investigation is still under progress. He would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2022 is available with the third respondent and they are ready to consider the petitioner's representation.

4.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.20222 and also get medical opinion from the Doctor with regard to injury sustained by the petitioner on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law and complete the investigation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
