ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.168 of 2024 pending before the respondent police within a stipulated period as may be prescribed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the FIR in Crime No.168 of 2024 was registered in the year 2024 and till date, the respondent police has not filed the final report. Therefore, the present petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed within a short period of time.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to complete the 2/4

investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
