This application had been earlier listed on 26.10.2022 and again on 31.10.2022 and also again today, 16.11.2022. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent.

2.This Application has been filed seeking to produce additional documents by the petitioners. The documents which are now sought to be produced are Passbooks relating to Indian Bank, State Bank and Post Office Account and also the RBI Employee Co-operative Bank Limited and the Aadhar Card of the 1st petitioner is also sought to be produced. 3.These are all documents which are in official custody and if the veracity of the documents is to be questioned, then the respondent can very well summon the individual bank Managers to verify the statements given. That option is always given to the respondents. But however, since these documents are now required to establish the case of the petitioner, this Petition stands allowed, and the documents may be permitted to be marked in evidence.
