ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking execution of Non - Bailable Warrant issued against the 2nd respondent dated 16.04.2021 in C.C.No.3129 of 2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on 21.12.2021 the accused Krishappa was arrested and Non Bailable Warrant was executed. Thereafter, he was remanded to judicial custody. The 2nd respondent filed a bail application before the trial Court and the trial Court dismissed the same. Now, the bail application is pending before the Sessions Court. 3.In view of the same, this court directs the trial Court to complete the trial expeditiously. accused adopting any dilapidated tactics, the trial Court is free to initiate coercive action including canceling the Bail.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
