Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Nagapattinam Town Police Station, Daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21017/2021 dated 10/11/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21017 of 2021 on 10.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.
