CRIME NO.743 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 10936 of 2021 dated 25.06.2021 in Cr.No. 743 of 2021 on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRADEEP, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10936 of 2021 on 25.06.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
