This is a petition to condone the delay of 182 days in setting aside the abatement of the above Appeal Suit in AS No.699 of 2019 in so far as the first appellant is concerned.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present miscellaneous petition, the delay of 182 days in setting aside the abatement of the above Appeal Suit in AS No.699 of 2019 in so far as the first appellant is concerned stands condoned and the condone delay petition stands allowed.
