This petition is filed to condone the delay of 150 days in filing the Cross Objection in C.M.A.No.2307 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 150 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period.
