The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 24.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.5869 of 2016 has been complied with. In this regard, the Government issued G.O.(P).No.1379, Home Department, dated 15.11.2019.
2. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Petition and accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
