This is an application for condonation of delay of 487 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.M.Aswin, learned counsel for the first respondent.

Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and in view of the no objection stated by learned counsel for the first respondent, the delay of 487 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list for admission on 04.09.2023 along with W.A.No.925 of 2023.
