[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notice dated Nil.10.2023 in Na.Ka.No.A1/3090/2023 and order dated Nil.07.2024 in Na.Ka.No.A1/3090/2023 issued by R4' [hereinafter 'impugned notices' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity]. 3.
MS. R. Divyapreathika, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the original impugned notices were misplaced and hence, the captioned WMP. I state that the original impugned notice dated Nil.10.2023 in Na.Ka.No.A1/3090/2023 and order dated Nil.07.2024 in Na.Ka.No.A1/3090/2023 issued by the fourth respondent under Sections 7 and 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 respectively were misplaced and therefore, the petitioner is not able to file the original impugned orders......'
