ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.209 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Sub-Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 11.09.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri as to how long he will take for disposal of the suit. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri sent a report stating that he would dispose of the suit as early as possible.

3. Though an outer limit has not been stated by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of O.S.No.209 of 2021 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
