This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the above criminal revision petition against the order dated 12.03.2025 made in Crl.MP.No.3664 of 2025 in CC.No.5066 of 2020 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai 600 008.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 12 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
